The annual race by Fawzia AlSultan Physical Therapy Center (FSHN), running for over a decade as one of Kuwait's most established community events. Every registration supports children with special needs through FSHN's non-profit rehabilitation center.

Every step counts, every sponsor and registration helps fund rehabilitation treatment for children in need through the Fawzia AlSultan Physical Therapy Center.
